You are an Influencer,
I was speaking to my daughter the other day about what was happening in my life and she said to me Mam you are an Influencer. I did laugh at the title and loved that she saw me as an Influencer in her language so
I did look up what it meant
An influencer is an individual who has the power to affect purchase decisions of others because of his/her authority, knowledge, position or relationship with his/her audience. An individual who has a following in a particular niche, which they actively engage with.
In a world where we are constantly analysed targeted from our shopping experience , what is fashionable to wear, how to behave as daughters wives mothers, we are not seen as individuals but as a demographic an age bracket, a sex, your thoughts and feelings of inadequacy are perpetuated are fodder to be targeted and used to create a product that will make you feel better about yourself. It is a problem with the modern age where we follow roles that were created for us to follow that we have lost our sense of self and identity and became part of a collective. We are in a time now of rapid change where all roles of both men and women are being redefined and we have a golden opportunity to bring both back into balance.
As women we are going through the biggest transformation and that is because historically we are overcoming generations of programming which robbed us of our power our sense of being a woman. It is now being redefined and we are in the golden age of opportunity to influence those women and men that come after us.
We do not see ourselves as influencers and yet that is what we are.
I am speaking as a woman with a lifetimes experiences behind me and has made a business of influencing other women with the belief that they deserve to feel seen heard acknowledged and have a right of an identity outside being a daughter ,wife ,mother partner etc. They have the power within them to change their lives if they wish This is not a product that you take to make you feel better but an energy a spark that you hold within you once ignited , you hold forever and can change your world.
